Captain Steve Briggs and Crew, Mary and Kristen walked 20 miles to support the much needed event. More information and photos to follow. On June 30th, 2009 Vista Yacht Charters volunteers it's time as a member of the New England Charter Boat Association (NECBA) at the Safe Summer Kick-Off event held at the Boston Harbor Shipyard & Marina. The event was sponsored by John Hoffman of "The Fishing Academy" and coordinated with Bob Baptista of the NECBA. The fishing tournament hosted 80 children and adults from Boston's inner city and the Special Olympics under the North Section Director, Sean Canty. The Northeast Charter Boat Captains Association along with other local captains also volunteered in the event. More information and photos to follow. |
