Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
- Same day reservations and departures pending availability - payment in full
required
- 50% due 30 days prior to departure and remaining 50% due 1 week prior to departure
- $50.00 deposit to reserve date beyond 30 days
- Full refund with 48 hour notice if Cruise is rescheduled with another client,
if not rescheduled, a $50 non-refundable administration fee will apply
- Full refund or reschedule if Cruise cancellation is due to inclement weather

Zero Tolerance Policy
- No hard liquors
- At no time may illegal substances be brought aboard -- "Zero Tolerance
Policy" of USCG -- we will terminate the charter without refund.
